Applications are now being accepted for Theresa A. Mike Scholarship which range from $500 to $5000. Applicants must be high school students, recent high school graduates, or college students that meet one of these three requirements: is an employee or dependent of an employee of any entity of the Twentynine Palms Band of Mission Indians; is an enrolled member of a federally- recognized Native American Indian Tribe; or is a current resident or graduate from a high school in either Coachella Valley or the Morongo Basin. Scholarships awarded are based on a combination of many things such as 3.0 GPA or higher, letters of recommendation, list of honors, activities, and community service and more.
