Five people were arrested in Twentynine Palms yesterday during a drug raid. Sheriff deputies from the Narcotics division were at a residence in the 1200 block of Luna Mesa about noon Wednesday and arrested five people for investigation of cultivating marijuana for sale: Thomas Page, 46, of Joshua Tree; David Mitchell, 46, of Cathedral City; Amber Lewis, 34, of Yucca Valley; John Vanis, 60, of Joshua Tree; and John Ziesing, 45, of Yucca Valley. They were all booked at the Morongo Basin Jail with their bail set at $25,000 each.
