ANDROID PHONE TRAINING FOR SENIORS THIS MONDAY

They are supposed to make our lives easier, but sometimes maneuvering our smartphones can be frustrating. Ah, but help is on the way. A representative from the California Telephone Access Program will be at the Twentynine Palms Senior Center on Monday, February 24. Users will be guided on how to increase volume, make calls, send texts, connect to Bluetooth and how to master photo functions.

The free training will be held from 12:30 p.m. until 2:30 p.m. at the Twentynine Palms Senior Center at 6539 Adobe Road. Participants should bring their fully-charged Android smartphone and call Reach Out Morongo Basin in advance to reserve a spot at 760-361-1410.
