A Yucca Valley man was arrested Tuesday night after he was caught breaking into a house. According to a Sheriff’s report, a neighbor reported that a prowler had been in the 7400 block of Cibola Trail for the last few nights, and that she heard glass breaking and saw a flashlight inside a vacant residence. The responding deputy found Justin Channell, 28, crouched behind a large television set, trying to remove the copper wire from it. Justin Channell was arrested for investigation of prowling, booked at the Morongo Basin Jail, cited, and released.
