Looks to be an ambitious agenda at tonight’s regular 6 p.m. meeting of the Bighorn-Desert View Water Agency’s board of directors. Reporter Mike Lipsitz tells us what to expect…
Following a public hearing tonight, the board will consider pursuing property liens on delinquent water accounts. Also tonight, the board is expected to set the fiscal appropriation limit at just under $178,000, modify the Basic Facilities Charge and one inch service line installation fees for residential meters, establish fiscal year standby assessments as unchanged for the Goat Mountain Improvement District, and award an $80,000 contract for safety upgrades to three Goat Mountain water tanks.
