Zumies Best Foot Forward is holding the finals of its amateur skateboard competition at the Joshua Tree Lake and campground on Sunfair Road. For two days, beginning September 12, 34 of North America’s best amateurs will go head-to-head. There will be live music by Flatbush Zombies, L.A. Witch, and more. A custom skateboard course will be open to the public, and there will be prizes and give-aways, too. Pro athletes will be on hand for autographs. And best of all, it’s free!
