ALL-FEMALE FILM FESTIVAL, LUNAFEST, COMES TO COPPER MOUNTAIN COLLEGE

Now in its’ 21st year, Lunafest celebrates short films by female filmmakers. Tuesday, March 8, there will be two public screenings at Copper Mountain College (CMC), one at noon and the other at 6:00 p.m., both in the Christine Proudfoot Student Activity Center.

The events will screen eight short films with a total running time of 80 minutes. Note that some films may contain content unsuitable for children.

Though the screenings are free, donations are being accepted in memory of Art Professor Cathy Allen for the Art & Cultural Fund at CMC. Luna Bars, the sponsor of the film festival, will provide snacks, popcorn and drinks.

Attendees may also the event virtually by registering in advance.
