The Yucca Valley Community Center Yucca Room is one of the next meeting sites for the Advisory Redistricting Commission of San Bernardino County tomorrow (October 13), where the public can continue to help map out the future of the County’s five Board of Supervisors districts.
In this week’s meeting, commissioners plan to examine and discuss an initial set of draft maps based on public testimony presented at past commission meetings. The meeting begins tomorrow at 1 p.m. at the Yucca Valley Community Center in the Yucca Room and will be live-streamed from the County’s redistricting website sbcountyredistricting.com.
All of the latest detailed 2020 U.S. Census data needed for residents to create their own map proposals is expected to be loaded into the County’s Maptitude online map-making tool by early next week. The tool, along with everything else residents need to know about the Board of Supervisors redistricting, can be found on the County’s redistricting website.
