Ever thought about being in a play at Theatre 29? Here is your chance. Theatre 29 is holding additional auditions tonight for the musical comedy “Don’t Hug Me, I’m Pregnant,” the hilarious musical-comedy directed by Marty Neider and musical director Kathryn Ferguson. The musical features 17 original songs including, “If I Only Had a Boy,” “Bun in the Oven,” and “If Men Had Babies, We’d All Be Extinct.” They will cast three men and two women tonight, Tuesday, March 15, at 6:30 p.m. Actors should be in their 20s to 40s, and all have—or be able to learn—a Minnesota accent. Theater 29 located at 73637 Sullivan Road in Twentynine Palms.
“Don’t Hug Me, I’m Pregnant” will run from May 6 through June 4 with performances Friday and Saturdays at 7:00 pm.; 2:30 Sunday matinees are set for May 15 and 22. Tickets are available on line at theatre29.org or by calling the Theatre 29 Box Office at 760-361-4151.
