ACCUSED MURDERER CHRISTOPHER LEE IN COURT TODAY, TOMORROW

Christopher Lee, accused of killing 19-year-old Erin Corwin of Twentynine Palms last summer, is scheduled to be in court today and tomorrow. The prosecution and defense lawyers are expected to present their motions, and evidence and testimony to convince the judge there is probable cause to hold Lee for trial for murder with special circumstances of lying in wait. Lee, 25, has pleaded not guilty to the murder of Corwin, whose body was found in August at the bottom of a mine shaft east of Twentynine Palms, seven weeks after she went missing from her home on board the Combat Center.
