Do you think you’ve lived past lives? Charla Shamhart is offering a class on ‘Accessing Past Life Memories for Spiritual Growth and Trauma Release.’
Charla has been experiencing and working with past life memories for over 65 years since age 8. Techniques to be explored in the class include using dance, music, foods, animals, plants and shamanic techniques, as well as experiences of meeting people you seem to know or be familiar with as well as those who seem to remember you.
The class is tomorrow Saturday, February 1st from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. at Rainbow Stew in Yucca Valley.
