At the regular monthly themed dinner gathering organized by Hi-Desert Test Kitchen, February explores resourcefulness and sustainability. This is
the second of a two-part gathering that features a concept rather than a native ingredient. This will be an open-mic- style situation where you’ll be invited to speak about your ideas, goals, and accomplishments. Anyone planning to speak should come prepared with 7 to 10 minutes of material.
The format is entirely up to you—from power-point to theatrical interpretations. Tonight’s meeting is at the Copper Mountain Mesa Community Center, on Winters Road just east of boarder. Sign up is at 6:30pm; presentations and potluck begin at 7 p.m.
