A RESCUE IN JOSHUA TREE NATIONAL PARK SATURDAY

A man who fell in Joshua Tree National Park had to be rescued Saturday. About 1 p.m., Joshua Tree firefighters, National Park Rangers, and Morongo Basin Ambulance were called to the Hidden Valley campground where a 20-year-old man had fallen about 10 feet. The victim was taken by Morongo Basin Ambulance to Hi-Desert Medical Center for treatment.
