This reminder that Monday, December 12, is the last day to pay the first installment of property taxes to avoid a 10 percent penalty. You can pay it online, at mytaxcollector.com, by phone at 760-241-8829, or in person, at 172 West Third Street, First Floor, in San Bernardino. An extra fee will be charged for using a credit card. Property owners can also sign up online to have property tax bills emailed to them.
