At least five Yucca Valley homes were reported burglarized since Friday. According to Sheriff’s reports, burglars shattered a sliding glass door in the 58500 block of San Andreas Drive; kicked in the front doors of homes in the 57000 block of Selecta Avenue, 58500 block of San Marino Drive, and 56200 block of Joshua Drive, and kicked in a door to a garage in the 54500 block of Primavera Drive. Among the items reported stolen were electronics, a gun, and a small cedar box containing a dog’s ashes.
