A POUND OF METHAMPHETAMINE FOUND IN A YUCCA VALLEY HOME

A pound of methamphetamine was found in the home of a Yucca Valley man after he was arrested Saturday by Palm Desert police on various drug charges. A Sheriff’s report says police stopped Devin Faulkner, 35, near Dillon and Bubbling Wells about 6 p.m. During a search of the vehicle, police found methamphetamine. Devin Faulkner was arrested for investigation of possession of a controlled substance and transportation of a controlled substance. He was booked into the Banning jail with his bail set at $30,000. Acting on a tip, deputies from the Morongo Basin Sheriff’s Department went to Faulkner’s home Monday in the 3900 block of Palo Alto Avenue in Yucca Valley where they found about a pound of methamphetamine. Deputies seized the drugs for evidence and disposal.
