A NEW FIRE ENGINE IN THE CITY OF TWENTYNINE PALMS

A new fire engine has been put into service at the Twentynine Palms Fire Department. Officials from the City of Twentynine Palms met with Assistant Chief Tom Marshall as well as Battalion Chiefs Scott Tuttle and Donnie Viloria at Fire Station 44 in Twentynine Palms on November 21 to see the new fire engine. The new KME Type-1 fire engine features numerous modern safety updates, is fully stocked with brand new life-saving equipment, and meets all County Fire Department standards and specs. The fire station’s old engine will remain on-site and will be used as a reserve vehicle.
