A MARATHON AT SKY’S THE LIMIT TOMORROW NIGHT

Hardy stargazers are invited to a Messier Marathon on Wednesday, September 24 at Sky’s The Limit Observatory and Nature Center, located just outside the entrance to Joshua Tree National Park at 9697 Utah Trail in Twentynine Palms. Starting at approximately 7:20 p.m. and ending around 5:00 a.m., this free event is open to the public. Guests are invited to bring binoculars and telescopes while over 140 spectacular objects will be visible between sunset and 5:00 am. Everyone should bring snacks, water bottles, chairs, and a small flashlight (red lens preferred) and dress for unpredictable desert weather. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
