This year’s Parade of Homes tour gives ticket holders an up close look inside seven unique dwellings. Today, we visit one of two unique Yucca Valley homes. Dreamcatcher Ranch, owned by Rey and Kiyomi Ortega, is a stunningly eclectic and unusual home nestled among iconic granite boulders and endless vistas. A recent guest said of Dreamcatcher Ranch, “The beautiful scenery is absolutely breathtaking and the energy surrounding the place is full of magic and joy.” Inside is full of tasteful treasures and points of interest such as penny mosaic floors and counters, and sculpted walls in the main home. Featured in the 11th annual Parade of Homes while still under construction, the owners offered to open the home as well as the renovated guest house and grounds to tour goers to inspire and enchant. For Parade of Homes sponsor Z107.7 News, this is assignment reporter Mike Lipsitz.
Tickets to see Dreamcatcher Ranch and the five other dwellings on the Parade of Homes tour are $25. Ticket holders will also enjoy live music and lunch at the Park Rock Café in Joshua Tree. Tickets are available by calling 760-361-1410 and at the Twentynine Palms and Yucca Valley Chambers of Commerce, the Reach Out offices in Yucca Valley and Twentynine Palms, and here at the Z107.7 studios on Hallee Road in Joshua Tree.
