The Animal Action League has received a small grant that it will use to provide vouchers for Twentynine Palms residents to have their dog or cat spayed or neutered. Residents who live in the city limits—including those who live on base—can apply for a $20 voucher for cats or a $40 voucher for dogs. The vouchers cannot be used by residents who live in unincorporated areas of Twentynine Palms, or by rescue organizations. Vouchers are limited to three per household. The Animal Action League only has enough funds to provide vouchers for 50 cats and 50 dogs. To apply for the voucher, call 760-366-1100 and leave a message. Your call will be returned.
