The Morongo Basin Healthcare District’s board of Directors will be busy at their regular meeting tomorrow night. Starting with three presentation, first regarding employee active shooter training, then on the wellness garden at the Split Rock Facility. The last one will be an update on the health fair at Luckie Park; new this year will be Los Medicos Voladores, The Flying Doctors. The board will then be asked to approve the transfer of $500,000 from investments to operations to pay for the mobile medical unit and upgrades to the Yucca Valley clinic. The meeting begins at 5:30 p.m. at the MBHD office at 6530 La Contenta Road, Suite 100, in Yucca Valley.
