Hello, this is Patricia Fowler.
Thirty years, it’s been 30 years. In 1986 it started with drunk drivers, escalating to drugged drivers, then impaired drivers, and now distracted drivers. They all have consequences and over 50 percent end in a death. Thirty years ago, our started with the drunk driver, and even with time, it is still a problem and a concern. Today, July 15, would have been our son, Sean’s 37th birthday. Take your responsibility seriously; your life and others depend on it.
