According to Officer Kobaly of the Morongo Basin California Highway Patrol, the Barstow Dispatch Center is experiencing issues with 911 calls. All 911 calls within the areas of Barstow, Needles, Morongo, and Victorville are not being re-routed and therefore will not be answered. For emergency calls please dial the Inland Communications Center pubic line at 909-428-5400. As soon as the problem has been fixed we will update this information.
