The 5th annual Hi-Desert Fringe Festival, showcasing original, non-traditional, provocative performance art, is going on today (May 14). The full day of Performances is being offered on the sprawling grounds of the fabulous Tower Homestead Guest Ranch at 76969 Amboy Road in Wonder Valley.
