A 5 year-old child drowned in a pool at a house in Yucca Valley. At around 11:35 a.m. on Friday (August 9), San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a 911 call related to a drowning child at a house in the 57000 block of Crestview Drive in Yucca Valley.
Responding deputies say that the boy’s parents performed CPR until they arrived, at which point deputies and and personnel from the Department took over life saving measures. The child was taken to Hi-Desert Medical Center, where, after further treatment, he was pronounced dead.
