3 ARRESTED FOR SUSPECTED METHAMPHETAMINE USE IN TWENTYNINE PALMS

During the course of a burglary investigation, Sheriff’s deputies contacted three people at an apartment in the 6000 block of Yucca Avenue in Twentynine Palms. Hughes Cretty, 47; Derek Chismyork, 23, and Christina Chapman, 45, were all found to be in possession of methamphetamine and under the influence. All three were transported to Morongo Basin jail, where they were booked for investigation of the possession of a controlled substance, with bail of $25,000 each.
