2ND SATURDAY ART CRAWL IN JOSHUA TREE, BOXOHOUSE OPEN HOUSE

This month’s show at Gallery 62 and the Joshua Tree Art Gallery is a collective show of artists participating in the Highway 62 Open Studio Art Tours. The two galleries will be open Saturday with extended hours as part of the Joshua Tree Second Saturday art crawl. Both galleries will be open 5:30 to 9 p.m. and refreshments will be available. The galleries are next to each other on the highway in downtown Joshua Tree. Regular hours are 9 to 3 on Saturdays and noon to 3 on Sundays.

An opening reception will be held Saturday for the Art Queen East Village Gallery in Joshua Tree. The show will feature the works of Greg Haberny from New York City, whose art reflects sharing happy times with friends by weaving memories, narratives, and chaos into his pictures. The reception is set for Saturday, October 12, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. The show runs through October. The Art Queen East Village Gallery is located at 61855 29 Palms Highway in downtown Joshua Tree.
