29 PALMS WOMAN SENT TO HOSPITAL FOLLOWING THURSDAY COLLISION

A Twentynine Palms woman has been hospitalized following a Thursday (January 13) afternoon traffic collision in Twentynine Palms. Yesterday, just after 1 p.m., Sheriff’s deputies responded near the intersection of Adobe Road and Amboy Road for a traffic collision involving two vehicles. A press release details that deputies discovered through investigation that a Black Hyundai traveling north on Adobe Road had made an unsafe left turn in front of a Honda Civic traveling south on Adobe Road. The driver of the Honda Civic, a 28-year-old female resident of Twentynine Palms was transported to Robert E. Bush Naval Hospital for suspected major injuries. The identity of the injured woman has not been released.
