29 Palms Wildcats Tennis Team scores

The Twentynine Palms High School Boys Varsity Wildcats Tennis Team traveled to Desert Mirage High School to face the Rams on Monday (April 17).

The teams played two matches. The Wildcats won the first match 16 to 2. In singles action, Jason Pilayan swept all three of his sets.  Justus Fontillas won two of his sets and Nehemiah Dowell won two of his sets.  In doubles action, the  teams of  Arjun Sawhney/Adynn Mintz, Brayden chambers/Luke Bowers and Bryan Hoang/Kai Jillson all won both of their sets. The team of Bryan Hoang/Vijay Sawhney won their set.  The team of Adonai Patu/Michael Acosta won their set. The team of Makaio Jillson/Eddie Riddlesperger  won their set.

In the second match which was continued from a cancelled match from March, the Wildcats also won 10 to 1.   In singles action, Jason Pilayan won both of his sets.  Lake Gordon won his set.  Justus Fontillas won a set while Nehemiah Dowell won his set. In doubles action, the team of Brayden chambers/Luke Bowers won both of their sets.  The team of Arjun Sawhney/Adynn Mintz won one of their sets.  The team of Merric Johnson/Nehemiah Dowell won a set.   The team of Bryan Hoang/Kai Jillson won their set. The Wildcats are now 6-5. The Wildcats travel to Yucca Valley on today (April 19), Banning on Thursday (April 20) and host Indio on Friday (April 21) for their senior night.
