A Twentynine Palms man was arrested Saturday (November 13) following a report of a man with a gun. Just after 5 a.m. on November 13, Sheriff Deputies received a report of a domestic disturbance and a woman being threatened by her husband. According to Sheriff logs, deputies arrived on the scene in the 73800 block of Sunnyvale Drive in Twentynine Palms and contacted Joshua Miller, 32. After some investigation, deputies concluded that Miller got into a verbal argument with his wife and then threatened to shoot her. During a search of his person, deputies located a loaded pistol on Miller. Joshua Miller was subsequently arrested for investigation of making criminal threats intended to cause great bodily harm and booked into the West Valley Detention Center with his bail set at $125,000.
