A Twentynine Palms man was arrested Sunday (June 13) accused of failing to register as a sex offender. According to Sheriff’s logs, Deputies located Rick Levorson, 64, and Nora Ayala, 70, both of Twentynine Palms at the 6700 block of Adobe Road. After an investigation, Rick Levorson was arrested for investigation of failure to register as a sex offender and was booked into the West Valley detention Center with his bail set at $25,000. Nora Ayala was arrested for being drunk in public and was taken to the West Valley detention center where she was later cited and released.
