29 Palms Lady Wildcats Softball wins 4-2 over Cathedral City

The Twentynine Palms High School Lady Wildcats softball team traveled to Cathedral City for their league opener and came away with a 4-2 victory.

Jenica Silvas was credited with the victory. She pitched all 7 innings allowing 2 runs on 4 hits and striking out 15 batters.

The Lady Cats tallied 10 hits. Gabby Wunderlee, Tui Young and Jenice Silvas each had multiple hits.

The Lady Cats play next at home against the Lions on Thursday (March 9), at 3:30pm
