29 Palms Lady Wildcats Softball win in first home game

The Twentynine Palms High School Lady Wildcats played their first league game ever on their home campus against the Cathedral City Lions and won 11-1 in 4 1/2 innings on Thursday (March 9)

Jenica Silvas allowed only one hit and struck out 9 hitters.

Gabby Wunderlee, Elysiea Villanueva, Alexia Dauterive, Maya Beltz, Hailey Hamilton and Mariah Avalos all contributed in the big inning with RBI’s.

Olivine Ryan drove in a rbi with a double.

Tui Young collected one hit.

The Lady Cats league record is 2-0.Next home game is Monday (March 13) at 3:30pm against Yucca Valley.
