To highlight their February exhibitions, the 29 Palms Art Gallery will host a free art reception this Saturday, February 5 from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m.
The East Gallery will feature “Reflecting Light,” a series of oil paintings by Plein-air artist Marilyn Froggatt of Palm Desert. A member of the Desert Plein Air Association and the California Art Club, Froggatt regularly exhibits her work and is a board member of the Desert Art Center in Palm Springs.
In the West Wing, a group exhibition entitled “Bodies of Work” will feature figurative paintings and sculptures by Morongo Basin artists Alane Levinsohn, Elisabeth Pollnow, and Travis Usher.
Additionally, members of the 29 Palms Artists’ Guild will display new works in the Members Room this month. All works will be on display from February 3 to 27.
