The 29 Palms Art Gallery is holding a kid’s Tie-Dye workshop this Sunday from 10am to 12 noon. Youths age 10 and up are invited to join artist Mary Dennis as she will tech you how to fold, twist, and band up a white t-shirt – then squirt them with lots of different colors to make their own far-out masterpiece. Kids should bring a white t-shirt that fits them, but there are a few youth mediums available. Don’t forget to wear something you don’t mind getting a little messy.
The cost is 10 dollars and there are limited spaces available – it starts at 10am on Sunday at the 29 Palms Art Gallery and could go later than noon. Bring some water and your imagination!
