2 YUCCA VALLEY MEN ACCUSED OF SELLING DRUGS IN SEPARATE INCIDENTS

A Yucca Valley man was arrested Friday, accused of selling drugs. According to a Sheriff’s report, a deputy stopped a tan four-door Lexus about 8 p.m. near Old Woman Springs Road and Tanager for having an expired registration. Driving the car was Christopher Fruhn, 50, who had a warrant for his arrest for transporting methamphetamine for sales. The deputy states that during his contact with Fruhn, Fruhn dropped a small baggie containing a white crystalline substance. Fruhn also had a large amount of cash and a digital scale. Christopher Fruhn was arrested for investigation of possession for sales, booked into the Morongo Basin Jail, with his bail set at $50,000.

A Yucca Valley man was arrested Tuesday, accused of dealing drugs. According to a Sheriff’s report, a deputy spotted Richard Napolitano, 52, near the intersection of Fortuna Avenue and Barron Drive in Yucca Valley just before 4 p.m. The deputy knew that Napolitano was on felony probation, and during a search, found black tar heroin, methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia, and drugs packed inside a balloon consistent with those used to smuggle drugs into jail. Richard Napolitano was arrested for investigation of unlawful sale of speed, booked into the Morongo Basin Jail, with his bail set at $50,000.
