In today’s update of COVID-19 cases in San Bernardino County, there are two confirmed cases of the coronavirus in Yucca Valley, and still no reported cases in Twentynine Palms. The number of confirmed cases has increased to 183 with six deaths; 2,256 people have been tested. Fifty-one residents and six employees at a Yucaipa nursing home tested positive and two residents have died, health officials said Tuesday afternoon. Drive-through testing will be held Thursday (April 2) at the county fairgrounds in Victorville from 1 to 2 p.m., or until supplies run out. The testing is free, and residents do not need insurance.
