One 80 Ministries will hold its annual fall harvest festival Monday, October 31. The free festival is from 5 to 8:30 p.m., and includes games and candy for the kids, music, hot dogs, and popcorn. A chili cook-off starts at 6 p.m. There is a $5 entry fee for the chili cook-off. One 80 Ministries is located at 6414 Hallee Road in Joshua Tree.
