16 COUNTS OF CHILD PORNOGRAPHY FILED AGAINST FORMER SHERIFF’S SEARGEANT

Marc Gregory Goodwin is accused of 16 counts of child pornography

A former San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Seargeant has been brought up on 16 felony charges related to child pornography by the county District Attorney’s office. Marc Gregory Goodwin, 43 of Fontana, is charged with investigation of one count of possession of child or youth pornography, one count of possession of sadomasochistic child or youth pornography, and 14 counts of exhibiting and/or publishing material depicting child sexual content. Here in the Morongo Basin, Goodwin served as the case agent, or team leader, during the Rafael Aikens murder trial in August, 2019. Goodwin is currently in custody at the West Valley Detention Center and is scheduled to be arraigned on the charges today, (June 29) via video arraignment at the Rancho Cucamonga Superior Court. Goodwin faces up to 15 years in prison if convicted.
