1,500 TAX-DEFAULTED PROPERTIES IN THE COUNTY GO ON THE AUCTION BLOCK

The San Bernardino County Tax Collector’s Office will hold its annual online auction of over 1,500 tax-defaulted properties starting May 12, with staggered closing times from May 14 through May 18. Auction properties include single- and multi-family residences, apartment buildings, commercial buildings, vacant land, and more than 140 timeshares. Bid prices start as low as $900. Property tax information and maps are available online at MyTaxCollector.com. Bidders must register for the auction at sbcounty.mytaxsale.com, and deposits of $5,000 must be received by 5 p.m. May 4
