The Gourd Art Festival, set for Saturday, November 23 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Sunday, November 24, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. will attract gourd art exhibitors and artists from all over Southern California. A gourd art competition is again a festival highlight at $10 per entry with a kids’ competition, free for children ages 8 to 12. Awards will be given in several categories including “Spirit of the West,” “Spirit of America,” Best of Show,” and “Best in Theme Fall Magic,”as well as the popular “People’s Choice” awards.
