10-week meditation course begins on Sunday in Yucca Valley

Hi-Desert Artists (HDA) invites the community to take part in a new 10-week guided meditation course led by meditation guide Marcus Sassan, beginning this Sunday, (March 1)

Designed for both beginners and experienced practitioners, the course emphasizes hands-on instruction and real-world integration of mindfulness into daily life.

Classes meet Sundays from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. at the HDA Annex, located behind the main gallery at 55635 29 Palms Highway in Yucca Valley.

The drop-in rate is $20 per class. Community members are encouraged to “come as you are” and explore meditation in a supportive, welcoming environment.
