A Twentynine Palms man was arrested Tuesday after he threatened his neighbor. According to a Sheriff’s report, a resident in the 71500 block of Sun Valley Drive said Jason LaMore, 32, came over to his home and choked him at his front door about 9 a.m. The neighbor said LaMore then went home, got a dirt bike and came back and did a burn out in his yard and damaged the his car. LaMore then allegedly went home and got into a red vehicle and drove back to his neighbor’s house, stopping suddenly in his neighbor’s driveway, and narrowly missing another man who was standing in the driveway. Before LaMore left, he told both men he’d be back with a gun. After an investigation, Jason LaMore was arrested on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon and felony vandalism, booked into the Morongo Basin Jail, with his bail set at $50,000.
