The Yucca Valley Trojans Football team beat Lancaster 35-28.
Javin Hudson was the player of the game with three touchdowns and 97 yards receiving.
Stephon Rogers rushed for 134 yards and Michael Ramos passed for 110 yards on the night.
Paul Cole led the defense in tackles. Hudson had an interception and returned it for a TD. Myles Harper caused a fumble and recovered it.
Head coach Jeremy Johnson said he is “really proud of this team and how they played to get the win vs a big, fast, much improved Lancaster football team. That shows a lot of character about these players.”
The Trojans will host Canyon Springs on Friday September 2, 2022. Junior Varsity kickoff is at 4PM and Varsity kicks off at 7PM.
