On the agenda for tonight’s Yucca Valley Town Council meeting is an appeal of the environmental assessment and a variance from the required number of parking stalls for Nice Dream Ices.
The Council will also review the Town’s participation in the Morongo Basin Station K9 program to provide search capabilities to the Town and broader areas and review and approve a contract amendment with the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department. The Council will review the Professional Services Agreement with Tripepi Smith and ARPA, the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 Funding Contract. Additionally on the agenda is the California Intergovernmental Risk Authority Update. Lastly, the Council will review and approve an agreement with Southern California Edison (SCE) to Replace existing Lights with Light-Emitting Diode (LED) Street Lights Town Wide. The meeting is at 6 p.m. in the Yucca Room of the Yucca Valley Community Center and will be live-streamed. The Public is welcome.
