Yucca Valley Town Council Agenda: Mobile home park overlay, public artwork, youth commission

On the agenda for the Tuesday night’s Yucca Valley Town Council Meeting:

The senior mobilehome park zoning overlay is expected to be accepted by council, a property on Buena Vista Drive is slated for demolition, and the Utility Box Public Art Program has 12 selected artworks for review.

The Council will also review a resolution approving the Town’s participation in a major national lawsuit settlement with a major pharma company.

All that, along with the 2025-2026 Youth Commission report, a point-in-time homeless count final report, and updates on public safety enhancements.

The Yucca Valley Town Council meets this Tuesday (9/16) at 5:00 p.m. at the Yucca Valley Community Center.
