In tonight’s Yucca Valley Town Council meeting, the Council will award the town parks sports courts resurfacing construction contract, vote on a resolution for amending the Transient Occupancy Tax, and review landscape maintenance services for State Route 62.
Trueline Construction & Surfacing, Inc. will be awarded the Sports Courts resurfacing construction contract. In addition, the Yucca Valley Staff will seek authorization to purchase a replacement Fleet Vehicle and review the landscape maintenance services for Highway 62 median islands and outer highway segments. Also, the Council will review a request to re release the proposal for Landscape Maintenance Services and the adoption of the local road safety plan. Finally, the Council will vote on a resolution to qualified electors for a measure amending the Transient Occupancy Tax.
Tonight’s Town Council meeting is at 6 p.m. in the Yucca Room of the Yucca Valley Community Center and will also be live-streamed.
The regularly scheduled meetings for Tuesday, August 2nd has been canceled due to a lack of quorum. The next meeting is Tuesday, August 16th.
