Yucca Valley Planning Commission to review native plant and building permits

After reviewing native plant permits, the Yucca Valley Planning Commission will consider a request for approval for a construction and development project previously analyzed under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA)

Scheduled for tonight’s meeting are several native plant permits in the consent agenda. The Commissioner will also review a Quick Quack Car Wash permit request for the construction and development of an approximate 3,596-square-foot automated car wash with a drive-thru at the northwest corner of 29 Palms Highway and Balsa Avenue. The project is being reviewed under CEQA. The Planning Commission meeting is at 6 p.m., in the Yucca Valley Community Center, Yucca Room 57090, 29 Palms Highway.
