Yucca Valley Planning Commission To Consider A Maximum Number of Temporary Short-Vacation Rental Permits

The agenda for tonight’s Yucca Valley Planning commission meeting includes several native plant permits and a Land Use Compliance Review for a request for authorization to increase the total number of occupants, vehicles, and guests permitted in a temporary short-term vacation rental unit on Emerson Ave. Additionally on the agenda is a resolution to set the maximum number of Temporary Short-Term Vacation Rental permits for the calendar year 2022.

The meeting will be held in person at 6:00 at the Yucca Valley Community Center, 57090 29 Palms Highway.
