YUCCA VALLEY PLANNING COMMISSION MEETS: SIGNAGE, MURALS, AND FENCING

The Yucca Valley Planning Commission will hold its regular meeting tonight, June 14. Town signage, mural and fencing code development are set to be reviewed.

On tonight’s agenda, the Yucca Valley Planning Commission will discuss and approve a native plant permit at Tish Trail and the delayed payment of fines at Chipmunk trail for non-permitted removal of sixteen Mojave yuccas, four California junipers, and sixteen western Joshua trees. The commission will also, review the Local Road Safety Plan (LRSP) Report and Town Council Direction for sign/mural Ordinance. Finally, the Commissioners will develop code Interpretation for composite, solid, and see-through fencing height.

The meeting will begin at 6 p.m. in the Yucca Valley Community Center’s Yucca Room at 57090 Twentynine Palms Hwy.
